Q. 13   What are the requirements for getting Affidavit for Driving License?

Ans.    This affidavit is required by the applicants to get Driving License of Kuwait. For this, the applicant needs to bring original Driving License issued from India, photocopy of Driving License, photocopy of his passport.

Those having Visa No. 20 need to fill up Application Form No. 12 and those under Visa No. 18 need to fill up Application Form No. 14. Persons under Visa No. 18 also need to submit a letter of undertaking from their company on its official letterhead duly signed by competent authority with proper seal, declaring that they will not be sent to Iraq under any circumstances. The fee for this service is KD 6.600.
